Following on from loft conversions, garage conversions are growing increasingly popular and are often converted to create an office space as its becoming more common for people to work from home.
Homes with integral garages can also be transformed into a home gym, childrens / adults play areas, a self contained Grannie annex which could include a kitchen and wet room. We can replacing existing garage doors with new windows and a separate front door entrance if required.
Garages that already stand apart from the main house are usually converted into self contained guest accommodation with it's own electricity and separate drainage.
